Get to Know Me
I am an underwater photographer and scuba diving instructor with a focus on marine conservation and coral restoration. My artwork offers a macro lens of the world’s coral reefs, from the Pacific to the Caribbean to the Indian oceans. My photos highlight the natural beauty lying just under the surface–living organisms now at constant threat of endangerment.
My work aims to widen the conversation around marine conservation by lending a unique perspective to the viewer. I provide a main stage for the objects of my art, usually hidden from the untrained eye, in hopes of making visible what is too often overlooked. Through this project, I invite the viewer to dive beneath the surface, where the playful and majestic elements of marine life reveal themselves. In doing so, I hope to inspire a deeper connection and urgency to protect the vital ecosystems that sustain us all.
My Goals
I aspire to become a wildlife documentarian, dedicated to bringing the underwater world to those on land who may never have the chance to experience it firsthand. My goal is to unveil the breathtaking beauty of our planet's oceans and ignite a profound sense of urgency and responsibility, motivating people to protect these fragile ecosystems before it's too late.
